Hello Germany and Austria

We caught the 3:50 pm Etihad flight from Sydney to Munich, Germany with a short 3 hour lay over in Abu Dhabi. The flights went well except Jordyn left her apple air buds on the plane - a very upset young lady :( 

Twenty four hours later and we arrive in Munich - to catch a train, a bus and another train to take us to Seefeld in Austria where we will stay for one night. It is a beautiful town and we look forward to coming back in January to go skiing.

We are all so tired - sleeping on planes is difficult. We are looking forward to a good night sleep in a bed. 

There is just enough snow on the ground to make everything look so pretty, and with the Christmas lights and markets the town looks festive. There is a Krampons  festival in town tonight, but we can’t stay up long enough to go. We were able to celebrate the festival in 2019 before Covid came, so it is a pity to miss it. But sleep beckons ……
